About LeRoy

A Successful Delegate and Business Owner

LeRoy Myers is a lifelong resident of Washington County, Maryland. He graduated from Clear Spring High School and attended Hagerstown Community College. LeRoy served in the United States Army Reserves from 1970-1976.

In 2002, LeRoy was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates to represent District 1C, which includes parts of Allegheny and Washington Counties. While in Annapolis, LeRoy serves on the House Ways and Means Committee and is currently the chairman of the Western Maryland Delegation and the Washington County Delegation. LeRoy was successfully reelected in 2006 and 2010.

Delegate Myers is the owner and president of Myers Building Systems, Inc. Since 1984, Myers Building Systems has been responsible for over 2500 structures in the Tri-State area. Myers Building Systems employs approximately 40 people throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. His company has secured numerous awards for service, sales volume, and innovative projects.
